While Stera-Sheen Green Label was originally designed for clean in place equipment applications, it is an EPA registered Sanitizer approved to clean and sanitize surfaces, including food contact surfaces. Once properly mixed Stera-Sheen Green Label can be used to wipe down surfaces such as door knobs, counter tops, tables, etc.
Many customers mix Stera-Sheen Green Label in a Quart spray bottle for an easier application on surfaces.
